The mission of the Pregnancy Resource Centers of Central Oregon (PRCCO) is to equip individuals to choose life affirming values for themselves, their pregnancies and their relationships. Our centers welcome women and men to participate in all of our services and we provide support and resources to them as they make decisions about their pregnancies. The Executive Director leads and oversees the day-to-day activities of Pregnancy Resource Centers of Central Oregon (PRCCO) under the direction of the Board of Directors of PRCCO. This individual is responsible for ensuring mission success and effectiveness by providing leadership to the organization’s non-medical employees and volunteers related to pregnancy consulting services, training, Human Resources, finance and general operational excellence. The Executive Director also supports the Board in the development and updating of a strategic plan, governing policies and procedures, and attainment and allocation of resources necessary to operate the ministry. Potential candidates must have the desire, ability and commitment to educate the community about the PRCCO, and seek their involvement. Candidates must also be skilled at donor recruitment and solicitation. Regular travel to PRCCO centers in Bend, Redmond, Madras and Prineville is required.

The Madras Center Manager (CM) is responsible for ensuring the mission and vision of the Pregnancy Resource Centers of Central Oregon (PRCCO) is realized through effective management of their assigned Center and service excellence to all clients that walk through our doors (women, men and children). The CM will direct general day-to-day operations, as well as provide management, leadership, recruitment and development of volunteer staff. The CM will oversee delivery of client services, supporting resources and materials needed to meet the client’s needs. The CM is accountable for working as a team with other Center Managers to provide leadership, wisdom and guidance for the PRCCO as a whole. The CM will also serve as the “face of the ministry” to the community; engaging and educating churches, civic organizations and individuals with our mission to transform one life at a time in Central Oregon.
